Paul continued with his legal education by earning his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law (1996). Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from the University of Florida, with honors (1990). Paul served as a Commercial Bank Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Miami Branch.
